This guide will show you how to customise subject objectives/outcomes for individual students.

Part 1 - Enable objectives/outcomes

Prior to customising student subject objective/outcomes you are required to enable the customisation option called, 'Allow outcomes to be customised per student'. You can enable this option when creating or editing the subjects within the reporting period. Follow the guides:

1. Select academic reports, then select assessments.
2. Select a reporting period.
3. Search for the roll class to mark.
4. Select view.
5. Select edit on the required student.
6. Select customise.
The default objectives/outcomes will display. You can now manage the objectives/outcomes as needed which will then apply to that student only.
7. Optionally select remove.
8. Select add objective.
9. Enter the objective.
10. Select add outcome.
11. Enter the outcome.
12. Optionally add outcomes as needed.
13. Optionally add objectives as needed.
14. Select save.
15. Select OK.
A custom badge will appear in the student subject list to indicate the default objectives/outcomes have been overridden.
Note: When a student has custom objectives/outcomes set they will be excluded from the bulk mark mode in the 'outcomes' tab.
Option - Reset student data

Select reset student, to reset all data for the student and return the default objectives/outcomes.
1. Select edit on the required student.
2. Select reset student.
3. Select yes.
Note: This will reset all data entered for this student and return the default objectives/outcomes.
