This guide will show you how to enter the marks and comments into your student reports.
The assessments area can be used to mark and track the status of student reports. It displays each roll class with the corresponding areas of the report marked in red for pending (incomplete), orange for in progress and green for complete. There is a completion column that assists in showing where each roll class is up to with their marks and comments combined.
Marking reports can be broken down into parts. Each part has a separate guide, linked below. You must complete all parts to finish marking your reporting period. The parts available to mark will vary depending on your academic reporting period configuration settings.

Comments - subject
If your reporting configuration has a general teacher comment, it will be displayed with a text area that can be populated manually and in bulk and also provides the ability to use the comment bank.
Academic subjects
The academic subject columns allow you to fill in the grades and any subject-specific comments for a student. You have the option to mark the reports by individual students or class. You can review and edit marking, and if the bulk of the students in the roll class have received a certain grade, you can auto-fill the entire class with that grade and then manually adjust the grade where needed.
Activities
If your academic report configuration has activities, you will need to enter a record for each activity a student has taken part in to complete your student reports.
Ready for review
Once all students' academic reports for a roll class have been completed, you can mark the roll class as ready for review. You can mark it as ready for review as you complete each student's report if needed. Only the completed reports will progress to the review stage.
