This guide will show you how to manage your reporting periods after creation.

Once a reporting period is created, you can manage the reporting period and the stages and settings within the period.

Expand the panels for each stage below to see the steps for managing the areas within the stage.

Detailed Steps

1. Select academic reports, then select configuration.

2. Search for the reporting period.

You can use the filtering options or search box.

Option - Remove a reporting period


3. Select remove.

You can only remove a reporting period if assessments have not been entered.

(Remove button will be deactivated if the reporting period contains assessments).

The subject name will be the same as the original, with (copy) added to the end.

Optionally select clear (under the subject name) to remove all checked roll classes for that subject.

This will show on the report only.

Optionally select add default staff.
