This guide will show you how to send the final reports to parents and carers via email.
Important - You must generate the reports prior to emailing the reports to parents, refer to guide:

Detailed steps
1. Select academic reports, then select delivery.
2. Select a reporting period.
3. Optionally filter for a specific roll class or year group.
4. Select the reports to email.
5. Choose email reports from with selected.
6. Choose select all.
Note β If a student's parents have no email address in ERN, an orange warning will display on the screen. You will be unable to select these students to send emails to.
7. Select email selected recipients.
8. Enter details in the email fields.
Select a template for the body of your email.
9. Select send email.
10. Select yes, send email.
11. Select OK.
Once an email is queued, it will be sent automatically by the system. You do not need to leave School Bytes logged in for the email to send.
