This guide will show you how to publish and unpublish academic reports to the parent portal.
Once an academic report has been approved you have the option to publish (and un publish) the report to the parent portal.
Important - You must generate the reports prior to publishing the reports to the parent portal, refer to guide: Delivery: Generating academic reports

To begin:
1. Select academic reports then select delivery.
Publish to portal
Detailed steps
2. Select a reporting period.
3. Optionally filter for a specific year group or roll class.
Ensure the assessment status filter is set to approved.
4. Select the report/s.
5. Select publish to portal from with selected.
The report will appear in the student document section under the documents tab, in the parent portal.
The parent portal column will display a green tick if the academic report is active on the parent portal.
Option - Send push notification
6. Select with selected and choose send push notification.
This will notify parents the reports have been published to the parent portal.
Unpublish from the portal
Detailed steps
2. Search for the student/s.
3. Select the report/s.
4. Select with selected and choose unpublish from portal.
5. Select OK.
The parent portal column will display a red cross if the academic report is not active on the parent portal.
