This guide should be followed as part of the guide Assessments: Mark your academic reports.

If your academic report configuration has activities, you will need to enter a record for each activity a student has taken part in to complete your student reports.

Apply activities in bulk

1. Select the activity heading in the table.

Checks will appear for all students who have the activity available to them.

2. Review each student and apply/remove checks as needed.

Optionally select the activity heading to remove all checked students for that activity.

3. Continue to mark each activity as needed.

4. Optionally select the no activities heading in the table.

Checks will appear for all students to mark them as participating in no activities. Any checks marked for activities will be removed.

5. Select save and close.

6. Select OK.
