This guide will show you how to complete the review process for student academic reports, with options to bulk approve or bulk reject academic reports.
The review stage in report writing allows for all reports to be reviewed prior to delivery to parents and carers.

Detailed steps
1. Select academic reports then select review.
2. Select a reporting period.
3. Optionally filter for a specific roll class.
4. Select the check box for all reports that you wish to review.
5. Choose review from with selected.
6. Optionally select a report template.
7. Review the report in the PDF viewer.
Click through the students to see each individual report selected.
8. Review any previous comments.
9. Optionally select download all and choose a file type.
A copy of student reports will download to your computer.
10. Select one of the review action options.
Reject
11. Add a reason.
12. Select yes.
13. Select OK.
The report's status will be adjusted to rejected so that the staff member can edit the report where needed.

12. Select OK.
Once the report for that student is approved, the report marking features (edit and mark) will be locked.
Option - Bulk approve
1. Select academic reports then select review.
2. Select a reporting period.
3. Optionally filter for a specific roll class.
4. Select the check box for all reports that you wish to approve.
5. Choose bulk approve from with selected.
6. Select approve.
7. Select OK.
Option - Bulk reject
Note: The bulk reject option can be used to progress approved reports back to a rejection in the event that an error in reports is identified after they have been approve.
